We’re laughing with the bear, not at it. Except maybe we’re laughing at it a little bit, because if we could project human emotions onto this bear trying get into a hammock, we’d say it’s: thrilled at the sight of the hammock, determined to make it work, frustrated it can’t get in, and then just pissed at everything. The bear’s struggle is relatable. Sometimes life’s just not going to let you win, so you have to toss a pillow around for a bit before you can get yourself back up and try again.
