Terrifying Video Shows Man Failing at Handstand on Rock Outcrop

Most of us don’t climb the mountain just for a selfie at the top, but if you follow the Tourons of National Parks Instagram account, you know that those people are definitely out there. The Tourons account recently shared a video of a man attempting a handstand on a rock outcrop, and it was nearly the last thing he ever did. Some of his friends laugh nervously after the fail, and others yell at him.

“This is in Iran and his friends are very scared after he lost his balance and are saying come this way and stop,” wrote Tourons of National Parks in the Instagram post sharing the video, adding that the dialogue was interpreted by @mohammadjoodaki88.

Though visibly shaken, the man laughs and smiles. For a moment, it even looks like he’s going to try again. Tourons of National Parks adds the hashtag #SomeoneHasToRetrieveYourBody as a reminder to its community that stunts like this are a bad idea for everyone, not just for the person who’s choosing to take the risk.
