See How Photog Captured a ‘Shot That Got Over 50 Million Views’

Isaac Spotts is a wildlife photographer whose most viral Instagram post so far shares some absolutely stunning footage of a raven in the midst of a snowstorm. The original video, which has nearly 56 million views, is from January 2024. Spotts recently reshared his video with different overlaid text, and it’s going viral again. Probably because it’s just that good.

The footage shows Spotts lying flat on the snowy ground, holding his camera as wind and snow whip around him. The text overlay says, “The shot that got me over 50 million views . . . “

Next, the video pans to show what Spotts is filming—it’s a black bird. But then, the video cuts to HIS footage, and that’s when your jaw will drop.

“Who remembers this video from a couple years ago?” Spotts asks in his Instagram post caption. It’s likely many people in his community do remember the original video, and it’s also likely his re-post is bringing it to millions of new people, since the new video already has about 8.5 million views of its own.
