A long-lashed bull moose became curious about a trail cam in Maine. It booped the camera with its nose, giving viewers a very up-close-and-personal look at this large mammal. The trail-cam owner, Gail Smith, shared the footage with Bangor Daily News, which shared it on Instagram.
“This trail cam video by Gail Smith captured a large bull moose walking out of a pond in Somerset County, Maine,” wrote Bangor Daily News in its post sharing the video. “This is her favorite place to sit and watch moose, she said.”

Smith told Bangor Daily News that her “secret spot” captures moose on camera frequently, but not every day, and she rarely sees the same bull more than twice.
