Bear Attacks Man Leaving His Home

A Florida man was leaving his home early in the morning when he saw a bear running across his yard. He yelled in surprise (and in hopes it would scare the bear off), but the yelling seemed to have the opposite effect he intended. The man’s doorbell cam captures the terrifying moment the bear changes course, runs up to him, and attacks him.

Gulf Coast News reports that the man, Alexander Rojas, had just locked his door when the bear appeared and attacked. The animal bit his arm and scratched his rib cage, but Rojas was able to fight it off of him before running down the street. The Ring doorbell camera stopped recording just before the actual attack.
