Can’t we all just get along? A viral slap-fest under the sea is bound to be one of the most interesting and hilariously random things you see today. Katie Benitez, a SCUBA instructor on Heron Island, Australia, captured the incident between a sea turtle and a manta ray, and I’m just glad someone was there to record.
“Did the turtle slap this Manta on purpose??” asks Benitez in an Instagram post sharing her video. “Back by popular demand and bit extended version! This was shot on North Bommie of Heron Island Reef! I work and live here as a Dive Instructor. I’ve done many dives but sometimes you get one like this that completely catches you by surprise!”

In the video, a sea turtle slowly approaches two massive manta rays. The turtle gives one of the mantas some serious side eye before giving it a slap with its front flipper. The manta gives the offending turtle its own version of an “eff you,” and then everyone goes on their way.
