One landscaper in Australia, a chap named George, was fighting for his life (but not really) as his mates laughed uncontrollably—and now the rest of us can’t stop laughing, either. That’s because a territorial bird dive bombs the man repeatedly, making him scream, drop to the ground, and hide under a wheelbarrow. Thankfully, the bird was just putting on a defensive show, and George was not really in grave danger.
People in the comments section believe this bird is a plover (also called a masked lapwing), and they’re quite a nuisance in Australia when they feel their nests are being threatened. Poor George was just doing some landscaping when this particular plover decided to terrify him. Instead of coming to his rescue, his friends record the hilarious interaction and shout at him to just keep walking. Their belly laughs are sure to make you laugh, too.

“It’s swooping season,” wrote Plantpro (presumably George’s employer) in an Instagram post sharing the video. “Throwback to an old job!!”
The video has over 2 million views. At least five of those are mine, and I’m still laughing (with George, of course, not at him).
