Hipcamp, a camping app to find and book campsites, has announced the winners of its 2025 Hipcamp Awards, highlighting 50 of the best campsites in America. To quality for the annual awards, Hipcamp says properties must hold an average 95% recommendation rate or higher for the year in consideration (in this case, 2024).
“This year’s winners include treehouses near national and state parks; farmstays with alpacas and other animals; RV parks with waterfalls; and other standout spots across the U.S.,” wrote Hipcamp in its press release announcing this year’s winners.

Some of the 2025 winners include a waterfront nature retreat in Florida called The Wandering Path, a private mountaintop site in North Carolina called Lil Snowbird Farm Primitive Camping, and an oceanfront property in Washington called Wild WA Coast Lookout that’s within walking distance of Olympic National Park.
