A group of women recently went on a fishing trip they’ll never forget. One fisherwoman, Jodi, reeled in a surprise catch, and the boat went wild . . . and I do mean WILD. A video of Jodi reeling in her catch and the moments after, when everyone on the boat sees what’s on the line, has circulated widely on social media, attracting nearly 4 million views on Instagram.

“A moment we will never forget as a family!” wrote Amanda Humick in her Instagram post sharing the hilarious video.
The footage shows Jodi steadily reeling in what seems to be a large catch amid some funny banter between the other women on the boat. It is a large catch. As soon as everyone sees the impressive fish, they lose it in the best possible way.
People in the comments section applaud the women for having the absolute best time.
“I’m an avid fisherwoman but have gotten a lot of pushback from women around me for the things I love to do,” wrote one person. “I’ll probably never get to experience a moment like this with the ladies in my family, but watching you all truly warmed and healed a part of my heart.”
